Reaching out for help is a huge and important step to making the change you want in your life. It is the first sign of the strength that you already have within you, even when it may not feel like that at the time.

I have clients – wonderful people – who come to me with challenges, decisions and dilemmas that they just can’t seem to get sorted. We work together to clear the path through to the other side.

 

Some of the phrases I hear most often are . . .

‘I am overwhelmed by my life.’

‘I don’t have the confidence to do the things I want to do.’

‘I have no time for myself.’

‘I feel like there is something more to life but I don’t know what it is.’

‘I want to spend time on the things I used to love,
not just do the things I feel I should.’

‘I’m miserable/angry/frustrated. Something needs to change.’

‘I can’t remember who I am anymore.’

I have seen each and every one of these clients make the changes they needed to live a happier life, a more productive life, a calmer life, or whatever life they are aiming for.

Many years ago, coaching helped me when I was overwhelmed with life and I have been a champion and advocate for it ever since.
